Feelings of “not being good enough” and “not being worthy of love” come from a part within us that has waited years – sometimes even decades – to be integrated into our conscious Self. All the times we have felt like a failure, suffered from broken resolutions, or felt ourselves sliding into depression and anxiety – those were signs of the Broken Self crying out for help.
During our 3-Day Challenge, we will use the power of the breath as a tool to take charge of your own healing process.
