BreathCamp is a seven-day residential retreat for people moving through change, grief, exhaustion, or the quiet sense that life needs to shift. You do not need experience with breathwork. You only need to arrive as you are.
Your retreat place is 888 euros. Choose your room and meals at ASHA separately.
Weeks still open in 2026 Sep 6 – 12 Sep 20 – 26 Almost sold out Oct 25 – 31
More than 1 million lives reached through Alchemy of Breath practices and community.
We created BreathCamp for the moments when a person knows something needs care, even if they do not yet know what comes next. Over many years, we have welcomed people from every walk of life, people at an ending, a beginning, a crossroads, or simply tired of carrying too much alone.
We built ASHA as a place where all of you is welcome. There is no need to arrive with a plan for who you will become. There is room to breathe, rest, be witnessed, and hear your own life more clearly.
Come and set ordinary life down for seven days. Let the land, the practice, and the people offer the kind of support that makes a new step feel possible.
You may be functioning well on the outside, while quietly knowing something needs care. This week is not about fixing you. It is a place to pause long enough to meet what is here, with skilled support and people beside you.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin.
Some retreats ask you to keep up. BreathCamp is designed to meet you where you are, with care, choice, and room for the experience to settle.
Each session is guided with choice, pacing, and respect for where you are. No prior breathwork experience is needed.
Between guided experiences, there is room to rest, swim, walk, journal, eat slowly, or simply be quiet.
Seven days away from ordinary demands gives the body and mind time to soften their usual patterns.
There is a particular kind of relief in being met without needing to explain or defend who you are becoming.
Simple ways to return to breath, body, and steadiness once you are back in the life waiting for you.
Not a demand for a dramatic answer, just more room inside from which to meet what comes next.
There is an intentional arc, not to force a big moment, but to create the conditions for honesty, courage, and support. Tap a day to step inside.
Let the pace of ordinary life begin to fall away. Settle into the land, meet the people who will share the week, and allow yourself to arrive as you are.
Arrive, settle, meet your circle
Let the pace of ordinary life begin to fall away. Settle into the land, meet the people who will share the week, and allow yourself to arrive as you are.

Return to your body, your breath, and what is here now. The practices are taught with care, whether this is your first time or you have breathed for years.

Make room for the quieter truths you may have missed. There is space to hear yourself without needing to have an answer.

Anthony's Bridge process offers a held space for the feelings and stories still asking for care. There is no need to force anything, only an invitation to stay present.

Breath, water, and sound create room for what wants to move, with time to rest and let the experience settle.

Through Anthony's Mandala Breathwork and a shared closing feast, practice meeting yourself with more trust and less armor.

Leave with practices, people, and a clearer relationship to the life waiting for you when you return home.
Morning movement, then breakfast. Breathwork and workshops. A group share. Lunch. Free time to rest, walk, or swim. Dinner. Evening events under the Tuscan sky. Spacious, rhythmic, rooted in the land.

The kitchen prepares fresh, home-cooked, plant-based dishes from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Each plate is made to nourish the body and settle the mind, in rhythm with the breathwork.
Special dietary needs and allergies are cared for, just let the team know when you register. At ASHA, food is a way to connect, restore, and share joy with the people around the table.
