In This Free Introduction Class You Will:
- Get to know AoB founder Anthony Abbagnano and our amazing faculty
- Learn what Breathwork is and what benefits you can reap from this practice
- Learn what skills are required to facilitate Breathwork
- Learn how you can develop these facilitation skills
- Be guided on a live Breathwork session
- Connect with an incredible global community of like-minded people uplifting the earth through conscious breath
- Join our new trainees as they embark on their 400 hour journey into greatness

PM Class: 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Both classes are in UK time, UTC.
Please note that both events are structured the same, the event is offered twice to accommodate most time zones.
