Covid Policy & Refunds
We recommend securing travel insurance to cover Covid regulations, changes, etc.
Because the situation is constantly changing, we will update any requirements for testing, etc., closer to the date.
We recommend bringing your own yoga mat, and providing enough travel time for testing if required.
We do not offer refunds.
Should force majeure occur, refunds will not be possible.
Depending on the circumstances and availability, it may be possible to attend a Breathcamp on a different date and in a different location. For changes, please write firstname.lastname@example.org, and put in the subject line: LOCATION/DATE CHANGE REQUEST. Include the date, location, and reason why you’d like to change. If you’re a graduating student, be sure to include who your teacher is. We must receive this request 45 days prior to the original location start date.
If for unforeseen reasons we must cancel Breathcamp, we will refund the full amount, minus currency exchange and bank platform fees we may be charged.
Covid event attendee information
Alchemy of Breath (AOB) and Alchemy School of Healing Arts (ASHA) continue to stay current of policy and procedures during the COVID–19 pandemic. The safety and well–being of our campus community, including students, guests and visitors, is our top priority. AOB & ASHA have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID–19 virus; however, under no circumstances, are they able to guarantee that you or a guest will not become infected with the virus while on premises and in surrounding areas. Therefore, participate at your own risk.
By accepting this event attendee waiver and release of liability form, I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of COVID–19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to the virus and become affected as a result. I understand the risk of becoming infected may impact members of the community, event guests, and event attendee’s families or personal contacts.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death related to contracting the virus while attending Breathcamp 2022 hosted at ASHA, and our other locations. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless AOB or ASHA from all claims of any kind arising out of COVID-19.
I understand and agree that release of liability includes any claims towards AOB & ASHA, the founders, personnel, representatives, venues, and students whether a COVID-19 infection occurrence exists before, during, or after attendance and participation to Breathcamp 2022. I agree to be bound by all terms of this waiver, as indicated by my signature below
Waiver of liability and hold harmless
As one of the conditions of my participation, specifically release AOB, ASHA, its students, agents and employees from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to my participation in its activities, including accidents, medical, personal, etc.
I agree to grant to AOB, ASHA and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography, film and/or video, pictures of my participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed, digital or online materials used to promote AOB & ASHA, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
