The practices are slow, soothing, and accessible, designed to invite ease rather than push for results.

Experience four powerful breath techniques that release tension, restore balance, and draw you into deep core connection. This sequential journey builds like a symphony, each breath layering rhythm and sensation until calm emerges naturally. You'll energise and clear with Bouncing Body and Dumping Breath, regulate and nourish with Full Yogic Breath, and soothe the nervous system through the resonant vibration of Humming Bee Breath. The experience culminates in Conscious Connected Breath, weaving breath, body, and awareness into one flow. Spacious moments of quiet between each technique allow the effects to land, deepen, and integrate.

Held by the Breath is a gentle yet powerful mini workshop designed to cultivate emotional support from the inside out.

Through a short reflective activity and a guided breathwork journey, participants are invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and meet their emotional landscape with presence. The session begins with a brief exploration of how emotions live in the body and how the nervous system responds when we feel unsupported or overwhelmed. A simple experiential exercise in pairs helps participants identify their emotions and what kind of support they truly need. The experience then flows into a 30 to 45-minute trauma-aware breathwork journey, where the breath becomes a steady, non-judgmental companion.

This practice supports emotional awareness, regulation, and integration, allowing feelings to move at their own pace. This workshop is suitable for anyone seeking emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to themselves. No prior breathwork experience required.

Inspired by the mandala as a symbol of wholeness, relationship, and return to center, this immersive session guides participants through intentional, circular breathing patterns that unfold in repeating cycles. Breath and sound interweave to create a living field of experience, supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and expanded states of awareness.

Within this carefully held space, the breath becomes a pathway for discovery, inviting participants into a deeper relationship with themselves, their inner rhythms, and the subtle connections between body, emotion, and awareness. Transitions are not linear; they unfold in cycles of ending, uncertainty, and renewal. This guided Breathwork session offers a supportive space for people who find themselves in an in-between phase, navigating personal or professional change.

Through breathwork and somatic awareness, participants are invited to engage with the process of letting go and becoming. They are gently guided to stay present with what arises, allowing inner cycles to complete and new energy to emerge.

The session focuses on restoring a sense of agency by strengthening the capacity to self-regulate and move through uncertainty with greater steadiness and self-trust.

As humans we have labelled parts of ourselves the good, the bad, the not enough, the not worthy and… (insert you own label).

In this session Ash invites you to see every part of yourself and bring them back in for some love. He'll encourage you to forget the "rules" and society's "measurements of success and worthiness".

Together as a group we will breathe from, and into our hearts, inviting life to flow through us. You can't get this wrong… as there is no right or wrong. We are making our way through this crazy amazing experience, doing our best and learning lots along the way. This is a space where you can down tools, breathe, and remember just how amazing each and every part of you is.

Drawing on threshold-based musical work spanning birth, breath, and death, the session culminates in a live Threshold Music Journey an immersive soundscape of handpan, flutes, synthesizers, and singing bowls designed to support breath, awareness, and inner spaciousness.
