Over the past 20 years I have been studying, developing and refining the skills to help people heal and navigate life in a more joyful and meaningful way through yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

I have been practicing yoga since university and completed my yoga teacher training in 2016. Since then I have been teaching weekly private lessons and leading the development of YOGIST corporate yoga method in the UK, visiting office buildings, open spaces and conference rooms to advocate the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to stressed office workers.

I more recently focused on studying, practicing and moderating breathwork practices and completed a training in breathwork facilitation with Alchemy of Breath in 2023.
