I am a certified breathwork facilitator, pranayama, meditation and yoga teacher (1000+ hrs) dedicated to guiding individuals and groups on transformative journeys of self-discovery.
My passion for meditation, yoga and personal development led me to explore its profound teachings and to embark on a quest to understand the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit. On this journey I found my breath and ever since conscious breathing has been a part of my daily life.
After learning about how our breath can be an indicator of our health, and wanting to help people suffering from different issues like sleep disorders (sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia), long covid, anxiety, panic disorder etc, I decided to become an instructor of the Buteyko Method.
I am passionate about assisting others in reconnecting with themselves and heal using the breath as a precious tool as part of an embodied practice to create change within.
