The average minimum temperature (usually the minimum temperature is noted during the night) in Ubud in November is 21.5°C (70.7°F). So what to wear in November? Visitors traveling to Ubud should plan on bringing a totally waterproof rain jacket since it will often be raining. Also bring your shorts or a skirt because it can be very warm or even hot.

Sorry, our accountant tells us this isn’t possible for a few different logistical reasons. One of them being the high fees we would both have to pay on every transaction.

Yes, as a new member, alumni student, or mentor – you can do that. Please note: graduating students are required to stay the full course duration to graduate.

Please keep in mind your well-being… This just isn’t the place for smoking, drugs, or alcohol. Like to have a glass of wine here and there? Sure. Though we trust you understand the nature of this work, and will not abuse the use of alcohol or drugs.

You are so very welcome, at exactly the stage you are at. You’ll be surrounded by graduates of Breathwork, who’s speciality is people just like you, just where you’re at. So, know the content and care is for two groups – both advanced (our graduates), and new members, who are at varying stages of experience (many breathing for the first time). Just know, you’ll be held and taken care of in a beautiful way from the very start of your breathwork journey! Exciting!

What should I bring?

What not to bring?

Drugs! ESPECIALLY FLYING INTO BALI.

They are strictly forbidden. Violating this and getting caught can bring dire consequences, even for small quantities. Just don’t do it.

COVID Compliance

Travel and medical insurance. Currently, it is mandatory to enter Indonesia for all foreign travelers to have International health insurance with minimum coverage of USD $100,000, including but not limited to COVID-19 related treatment and hospitalization in Indonesia

Please keep up to date with required paperwork / testing that may be necessary either on exit or entry. All planning and logistics for the breathcamp will be compliant with current COVID-19 regulations.

Concerned about safety in Bali?

Overall, Bali is a safe place for travelers. The small amount of crime that occurs in Bali tends to be petty crime involving theft but is rare. If safety is a concern for you, we recommend traveling privately and avoiding public and or open group transportation.

While traveling and when visiting towns and villages, we advise mindfulness. Don’t flash expensive devices or carry large amounts of cash. Theft tends to be petty and opportunistic.

If avoidable, do not bring valuables with you that are unnecessary for your trip.

Travel to and from The Ark

Plan to arrive into I Gusti Ngurah Rai (code DPS) International Airport in Denpasar. From there, it can take 1-2 hours to take a taxi from the airport to The Ark depending on traffic. We recommend arriving the day prior to allow for time to decompress from travel and rest before breathcamp begins.

We recommend hiring a private taxi to bring you directly from the airport to Ubud. You can direct the driver to bring you to TYGR Sushi in Ubud and there is a parking lot right behind there where you can be dropped off as the road that leads to The Ark is accessible by motorbike only.

From the parking lot, The Ark team will meet you by motorbike to come pick you and your luggage up to take you to The Ark. It is important to coordinate this process with their team, so we will need to have your Flight Information, a contact number for you, and arrival time to share with The Ark team.
