I am on a mission to share life-changing breathing techniques that help people access states of ease and flow. After a successful 20 year career in education, I hit career and personal burnout. When it was first pointed out during my recovery that I was holding my breath, I started a life-long journey of discovery into understanding dysfunctional breathing patterns and how to solve them. Training with AOB, Oxygen Advantage, Max Strom, and Wim Hof, I have learned how to harness the power of the breath to find calm, improve wellbeing and find a deep sense of connection.
