I have always worked in close relation to the human psyche, first as a teacher then in human resources. I have been a psychotherapist for more than 15 years in which my strengths are the skills of active listening, empathy and unconditional positive regard. My work has always been a combination of talk therapy with the introduction of various techniques such as EFT, visualizations, walk therapy; modalities that include body, feelings, spirit and mind. When I did the first breathwork session it had such a profound effect on me that I decided to integrate it into my work because it is a hands-on method to release trauma and any kind of stress and connects us to our lost parts and emotions. My work is now a beautiful combination that enables me to help my clients to discover their true selves, connect with and embrace their emotions and to recognize and develop love for their inner children.
