As a Neuro-Breath Facilitator, I use the breath to access the different areas of the mind and help people being back in their bodies and become their highest potential. After experiencing a corporate burnout from 15+ years working as an Information Security Professional, I decided to take a pause to realign & rediscover myself. That’s when breath found me and when I really understood what is like for a nervous system to actually be regulated! My mission now: to help people to connect back to their mind and body and unlock their fullest potential with a mind-body-heart connection!
