Wow, Extraordinary... By the end I was crying with Gratitude for all the time I have supported myself through such tough times. Heard 'Thank you for coming back for me' My inner children giving so much gratitude for me returning to them! Wow Deep!!

This was such a powerful, tender, vulnerable journey. I am so grateful, my heart feels so open and I feel so soft. I met so much pain and grief and trauma, but also I feel like a child again, which is  Staying in wonderment. Such depth touched on over these days - feel that I have released one particular traumatic event that took away my innocence almost fully, nothing can put into words the gratitude for that!

This practice really reconnects me with the tenderness of who I am, and I always finish the session wanting to hug all of my family, my friends, anybody who I feel has done me wrong/I’ve done them wrong.
