Such depth touched on over these days - feel that I have released one particular traumatic event that took away my innocence almost fully, nothing can put into words the gratitude for that!
This practice really reconnects me with the tenderness of who I am, and I always finish the session wanting to hug all of my family, my friends, anybody who I feel has done me wrong/I’ve done them wrong.
