I teach people better functional breathing and how they can use the breath in daily live for more energy, better sleep, less stress, more relaxation and better digestion. I also teach people to optimize the movement and function of the diaphragm for better (sports) performance. By improving the function of the diaphragm, automatically other conditions in daily live improve as well. With this, I help people overcome their major and minor obstacles, contributing to positive change for my clients.
