As a proud graduate of the Alchemy Breath School of Healing Arts, I’ve spent over a year connecting more deeply with myself and refining my intuitive offerings. Each day, I open my heart wider, guiding others back to unity one breath at a time.

In our shared moments of breath, we rediscover our natural states of peace, love, and compassion. My mission is to infuse our daily lives with calmer, more patient love and playful joy. Together, we can reconnect with our inner children and release the worries that keep us from embracing our true, authentic selves.

Sunshine Ritter

Hey love, I’m Sunshine—a trauma-informed,  Alchemy of Breath certified breathwork facilitator and mentor, here to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your true self. My own healing began after years of disconnection and self-abandonment, until one breathwork session changed everything. Now, I guide women through this powerful practice to soothe the nervous system, expand self-love, and reignite their inner light. If you’re ready to come home to yourself, you’re in the right place.

ADAM GRAY

Adam Gray discovered the transformative power of breathwork and spiritual exploration on his path toward inner peace and self-union. Fueled by a deep desire for healing and growth, he embraced practices that helped him cultivate emotional awareness and reclaim his true self.

Today, Adam is a passionate breathwork facilitator and spiritual guide, dedicated to supporting individuals who feel disconnected from their purpose or sense of self. His approach focuses on using breathwork to unlock the roots of healing, addressing emotional conditioning and patterns formed during childhood. Adam’s work blends spiritual exploration with deep breathwork, guiding clients toward rediscovering their authentic selves. He is committed to fostering personal growth, helping others transform suppressed emotions, and encouraging a reconnection with their innate essence.

Nancy Iannotti

Nancy is a Breathwork Facilitator with a background in Nursing and Reiki Mastery, committed to guiding others through deep, embodied healing. Her approach is grounded in authenticity, with safety as her highest priority in creating spaces where individuals can truly reconnect with themselves and access lasting transformation. After experiencing a profound personal shift in her own life, she followed her calling and moved from Australia to Italy, where she now offers Breathwork sessions rooted in embodied awareness, compassion and presence. Nancy weaves in somatic principles, movement, dance, and her experience with energy work to gently support the process when needed. Her sessions invite people from all walks of life to return to their inner wisdom and aliveness!

Barbara Čuljak

Hello beautiful soul, I’m Barbara — a breathwork facilitator and mentor with Alchemy of Breath.


In my approach, I weave together breathwork, energy work, and intuitive coaching to gently guide you back to your authentic self. My journey into breathwork began after years of living on autopilot, moving through life in familiar patterns and coping strategies that kept me too busy to ask the deeper questions and truly know myself. I was busy surviving, but not living.

Breathwork opened a doorway into presence — revealing the layers of myself that longed to be seen, heard, and held with compassion. It brought me home to my body, my truth, and the deeper wisdom within.

With newfound awareness and openness I answered the call to create this space for others, a space to return to yourself, with breath as your guide and compassion as your ground.

With deep reverence for the body–mind–soul connection, I hold sacred, supportive spaces where you are welcomed exactly as you are. Each session becomes a journey inward — a gentle unraveling of what no longer serves, making space for clarity, truth, and self-love to emerge.

It is in this space of breath and stillness that transformation quietly begins — and the remembering of your essence unfolds.

Alice May Harvey

Alice found breathwork on her journey to heal her menstrual cycle after years of living from the neck up – disconnected from her true emotional needs and natural bodily rhythms while working in a corporate career, far from the wholehearted life she dreamed of.

Since leaving her role as a Health Researcher in 2022, she has been on a devoted path of embodiment – shaped by extensive training in breathwork, somatics, and nervous system science. This journey not only supported her to heal and learn to love her cycle, but also created space for her to find alignment with what truly lights her up in life.

Now a trained Birth Doula and Breathwork Facilitator, Alice supports women in moving from survival to self-trust and embodied safety – reconnecting with your soft, instinctual body and authentic self-expression, while tapping into the creative potential of the womb and cycle to doula your dreams into reality.

For Alice, the breath is a powerful guide – one that helps you trust your body’s innate rhythm, listen lovingly to its signals, and embrace its intelligence to support you on your journey home to yourself. She looks forward to breathing with you.
