Thank you for the question. You are so very welcome, at exactly the stage you are at. You’ll be surrounded by graduates of Breathwork, who’s speciality is people just like you, just where you’re at. So, know the content and care is for two groups – both advanced (our graduates), and the general public, who are at varying stages of experience (many breathing for the first time). Just know, you’ll be held and taken care of in a beautiful way from the very start of your breathwork journey! Exciting!
The event kicks off on the 4th of November at 4:30 PM and ends on November 12th. Daily sessions begin at 8 AM and wrap up between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. Please be aware that the schedule might undergo changes.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to leave whenever you need to. We understand everyone has different schedules and commitments. Graduating students are required to stay the full course duration to graduate.
There is no WIFI at the venue, but there is a cell tower very close by so mobile hot spots work well there.
Yes, you can participate for just one day. We offer a one-day pass for $75, which includes two breathwork sessions and meditation. You’ll have the opportunity to dine and interact with other participants and trainers, but the cost for meals are not included in the one-day pass.
Please keep in mind your well-being… This just isn’t the place for smoking, drugs, or alcohol. Like to have a glass of wine here and there? Sure. Though we trust you understand the nature of this work, and will not abuse the use of alcohol or drugs.
