This camp is held at Harmony Ridge, which is nestled in the woods of the Tahoe National Forest 5 miles from Nevada City. Consisting of the main lodge, small and large conference rooms, 9 spacious suites, and beautifully kept grounds, gardens and orchard, the property is a haven away from home.

Sorry, our accountant tells us this isn’t possible for a few different logistical reasons. One of them being the high fees we would both have to pay on every transaction.
None of our camps offer this service.
It’s about a 5 miles drive to Nevada City, on the highway, about 8 minutes. It is not walkable.
Sacramento is the closest airport – it’s a 1 hour drive to Harmony Ridge Lodge.
There are shuttle services available and we will provide you with the contact information.

Check in is after 2 PM on the 31st May and check out is by 11 AM on the 10th June.
We offer a different rate for joining the Breathcamp without accommodation. That includes daily lunches.
Yes, we do have a day pass option available.
It is $100/day and includes workshops, 2 breathworks plus lunch.
What should I bring?
- Your personal Yoga mat and blanket if you need it (please note that the venue does not provide any mats)
- Session clothing: we recommend loose-fitting, comfortable, and layered clothing. House slippers are also nice to have.
- Personal biodegradable toiletries.
- An alarm clock.
- Non-Breakable Water Bottle. Please make sure your water bottle has a tight-fitting lid.
- Notebook and Pens.
- Long pants and walking shoes.
- Sturdy shoes (waterproof if possible) if you wish to go walking.
- Swimsuit
- Warm comfortable clothes for evenings.
- In the summer, light clothing for daytime, and a light jacket at night.
- In the fall and spring, wet weather gear.
- Travel and medical insurance is recommended.
- Bug spray.
- Ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise during breathwork sessions.
- Prescription medications: Please be sure to bring an ample supply of your medications.
Extra costs
Your stay is all-inclusive, except for:
- Airfare
- Ground transportation to and from Harmony Ridge Lodge.
- Covid testing (if applicable).
COVID Compliance
- We recommend securing travel insurance to cover Covid regulations, changes, etc.
- Because the situation is constantly changing, we will update any requirements for testing, etc., closer to the date.
- We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for safety.
- Also, please allow for enough travel time for antigen/PCR testing if required – so you don’t miss Orientation on the first day of camp – or your flight upon departure.
- We do not offer refunds.
- Depending on the circumstances and availability, it may be possible to attend a Breathcamp different date.
- Should we cancel Breathcamp, we will refund the full amount, minus currency exchange and bank platform fees we may be charged.
