The Hero’s Journey

The Hero’s Journey is a fundamental part of the Alchemy of Breath Teacher Training Program, and is based on Joseph Campbell’s work ‘The Hero with a Thousand Faces’.

From years of developing this material and seeing how it has changed so many people’s lives, I have extracted the theme from the Training in order to bring it to those who may not necessarily be interested to become Breathworkers but would still like to make some fast and effective changes in their life.

This course would suit both practitioners of the Healing Arts, who can incorporate the work into their own teachings, but also those of you who wish to live a richer life, with a clearer understanding of where you are in relation to the confusing world that surrounds you.
