Breathcamp

New Zealand

April 22 - 30, 2023

Welcome to BreathCamp!

For the very first time in New Zealand, Alchemy Of Breath is offering an immersive Breathwork experience like no other.

We begin in Auckland at the School Of Modern Meditation for Seeds Of Alchemy, a full 2 days to explore the Fundamentals of Breathwork.

A few days later we head north to the beautiful Antara Retreat for BreathCamp. Surrounded by natural beauty and a community dedicated to finding harmony through giving and connecting with others, we breathe together for inner healing, peace and Papatuanuku.
We welcome you to join us.

Antara Retreat is a beautiful earthbrick homestay set amongst organic gardens, streams and native bush one hour north of Auckland. A place to connect with others and enjoy living in harmony with Papatuanuku. Antara offers their retreat space freely in service of the health and wellbeing of all people.

Meet your teacher KERRY VEITCH

Alchemy of Breath Teacher Trainer

Kerry is a Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer. She has been connected with Rebirthing and conscious connected breathing since 1993, with a focus now on embodied practises such as Internal Family Systems and Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing.

Kerry has a trauma informed approach, and loves sharing the healing power of the breath with others, by holding warm water rebirthing retreats, weekly groups and 1:1 sessions.

Kerry’s grounded nature holds a very safe space for breathers, holding them in their highest potential and being committed to the unfolding of each person’s own journey which of course is guided perfectly by our breath.

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Antara will provide a light lunch with food from their organic garden and donations bought by students.

Students arrive at Antara at 11am on Tuesday 25 April.
Full day passes are available on Thursday 27, Friday 28 and Saturday 29 April from 10.30am, we will finish at 5pm.

Closing ceremony is on Sunday 30 April from 10.30am – 2pm.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket/s, a low pillow and anything else you need to lie comfortably on a wooden floor for Breathwork.

A drink bottle, journal and pen are also recommended.

Wear comfortable layers of clothing you can remove or add to. It is hard to predict the temperature in April in New Zealand’s Autumn though averages 18 – 20 degrees celsius during the day and cooling to around 10 degrees celsius at night.  Active Breathwork can also bring about significant temperature changes so once again, layers are best.

Please respect that Antara Retreat is alcohol and drug free which suits the nature of Breathwork and the wellbeing of our community.

You are so very welcome, at exactly the stage you are at. You’ll be surrounded by graduates of Breathwork, who’s speciality is people just like you, just where you’re at. So, know the content and care is for two groups – both advanced (our graduates), and new members, who are at varying stages of experience (many breathing for the first time). Just know, you’ll be held and taken care of in a beautiful way from the very start of your breathwork journey! Exciting!
